Core Booking Policies
1
Bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and payment are submitted
Minimum booking time is one hour
Setup and breakdown time must be included in the booked hours
Events running past the reserved time may incur additional fees
Capacity & Use

Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
Space must be used only for the activity described in the booking request
This is a self-managed space; onsite staff may not be present during events
Noise & Neighbor Consideration

Amplified sound must remain at a reasonable level, especially if the garage door is open
No amplified music after 10pm
All live music, bands, DJs, etc. must operate within the parameters of the interior space and not on the driveway, or outside in the open air
Food/Beverage/Alcohol

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted
Alcohol allowed only with prior approval
No sale of alcohol without proper permits and proof of permits
All food and beverage items must be removed after the event
Furniture & Setup

Existing furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to original placement
No permanent wall alterations permitted: nails, screws, holes, etc
All decor must be easily removed/cleaned up (glitter and confetti aren’t a great idea)
Cleaning & Damage

Space must be left in the condition it was found
Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the event
Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required
Insurance & Liability

Hosts assume responsibility for their guests and vendors
Certificate of insurance may be required for certain events or group sizes
Movement-based or physical events may require participant waivers
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non-refundable
One reschedule allowed with advance notice
For indoor space use; non-threatening weather does not constitute cancellation
Accessibility & Safety

Please notify us of accessibility needs in advance
All exits must remain clear at all times
No open flames, smoke, or hazardous materials are permitted in the space
Conduct & Compliance

Events must be respectful of the space and surrounding community
Management reserves the right to terminate events that violate policies before or during the event is taking place
Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination
