What’s included with your rental

  • When you book with us you get the entire venue all to yourself. You will be given a unique code for unlocking the keypad at the main entrance, come and go easily and as you please during your rental period.

  • Depending on your event needs, there can be on-site support provided for part of or the full duration of your event for things like parking guidance, technical support, and other assistance.

  • Within the space is a clean, full and functioning 1 person bathroom with a standing shower. Included is also a full length mirror, ideal for outfit changes and make-up application.

    *bath towels and shower essentials are not provided

  • Included in the space is a large white photo backdrop that is already mounted to the wall, 4 professional studio lights, and a tripod.

    The entire space is also equipped with 2 high quality bluetooth speakers for connecting your own music.

  • Connect as many devices as you need to our high speed internet.

  • The space is equipped with (6) six-foot folding tables, plus a few other various sized surfaces for easily hosting large dinner parties, and having options for a gift table, drink table, dessert table etc.

    *chairs are not provided but be can rented for an additional price.

  • You will have access to a standard kitchen sized fridge and freezer combo with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. Making it easy to store any food or drink and keep them cold/fresh.

  • The property contains a small driveway with a few free parking spaces, perfect for easy unloading and drop offs. But the majority of parking opportunities will be on the surrounding streets, also free and easy to find.

  • Yes, outside food/drinks/catering is welcome and we have a fridge/freezer to accommodate. But please note, we do not currently have a kitchen in this space.

  • Alcohol is allowed with proper permits and when disclosed within your booking request.

  • The indoor space can comfortably contain ~100 people standing, and the outdoor space can comfortably hold ~150 people.
